North Island Part 2

Frank's turn-

We had so much fun at the chocolate lady!

(Meg-I had to add a few more pictures after I got an ok from Deb to plaster her all over the internet. 😉 She's so cute!)

We had a ginormous bag of chocolate!

(So many chocolates! Honk wanted to see if they could have a chocolate eating contest. We should have tried it.)

At Deb and Honk's house, we went in their hot tub-it was fun.

(Such a view, right??)

These are Deb and Honk's cows. I kept on mooing at them and some of them mooed back.

(So much mooing!)

We went to a museum. There are lots of things to see.

(Tawhiti Museum is a private museum in Hawera- home to life sized exhibits and scale models showing the history of South Taranaki.)

We went on a boat! We learned about whalers and traders.

This is where we were waiting for the boat.

(the boat ride was reminiscent of the old school Pirates of the Caribbean-and to think it is one guy making it all!)

This is the train. It went slow. It took a half hour. It wasn't that fun because we just watched fake people doing laundry and stuff like that.

(Scenes from history from the eyes of a 7 year old...)

A whole lot of tractors.

Oh, I love this one. We were moving the cows. They weren't listening to us. It was funny!

(Quite funny! Honk had to go get the motor bike to round them up)

Here the cows go, down the road!

Lena got to go on a motorcycle with Honk. I feel like Lena would say it was fun. I didn't get to go on there. I was kinda sad about that.

(Van got a very slow ride for about 50 feet)

This is where we moved the cows to. It was right next to the house.

Oh I love this one too! It is me with a cat named Frankie. We were snuggling up together.

(Deb and Honk have three cats-but Frank was the only one up for cuddles. Kind of like our Frank.)

We were showing Henry cows.

(Deb watches her grandson Henry on Mondays, so we got to meet him-he is so, so cute.)

This is mom with her friend Deb. Deb is awesome and so is Honk. They would let us watch TV anytime we want. Except mom and dad kept on saying no. I'm sad about that.

This is a hill. Me, Lucy, and Lena-it was very fun rolling down this hill.

Lucy is having fun with Henry.

(Lu was doing a great job babysitting!)

This is when we said goodbye. It was sad leaving. Deb and Honk gave us a 20 dollar bill in New Zealand money.

(For EACH of them!! They really have this grandparenting thing down, that is for sure. The girls didn't want to leave, especially as we were going hiking-but the hut we were going to was quite popular, so they were happy with thr fact that if we got to the hut and there wasnt room, we could always go back to Deb and Honk's!)

Thank you! Love, Frankie ❤️
